My Top Byron Bay Wedding Venues

Located on the easternmost tip of Australia, Byron Bay has a reputation for being a magical wedding destination. Byron View Farm 

Perched atop a hill with sweeping 360-degree views of the Pacific Ocean and the hinterland, you can watch sunrise on one side and sunset on the other. Choose to have your ceremony looking out to the ocean or say ‘I Do’ under the picturesque gum trees overlooking the rolling green hills. The cosy one-bedroom cottage with wrap-around verandah is the ultimate hideaway for newlyweds and the perfect place to wake up on your first morning as a married couple. If you want to bring your fur baby along, Byron View Farm is pet-friendly and home to a bunch of alpacas and four beautiful border collies.  

Fig Tree restaurant

A true Byron Bay icon, Fig Tree Restaurant is a charming venue that embodies the essence of the region. A garden ceremony under the branches of the 150-year-old majestic Lady Fig, standing tall and providing a shaded canopy with glimpses of the lighthouse in the distance.

Guests can wander through the olive grove to the luxe poolside lounges for canapes, tunes and cocktails. The innovative menu is a showcase for the region’s best produce, showcasing ingredients from Fig Tree’s own garden.

Coupled with the attentive service, and luxurious accommodation on-site, it’s hard to go past Fig Tree – there’s a reason it’s one of Byron most loved wedding venues.  

The Farm / ThREE BLUE DUCKS

For couples seeking something rustic but also elevated, The Farm is an idyllic choice. The Macadamia Orchard is an unforgettable backdrop for exchanging vows, embracing the private, quiet atmosphere and natural beauty of the tree-lined green orchard before indulging in a farm-to-table feast prepared by the Three Blue Ducks. Just metres from the beach the restaurant is nestled in the charming seaside town of this coastal village - a modern beachfront venue with a seasonal menu that puts the best of the rainbow region on the plate. Ceremonies take place across the road on the grassy lawn overlooking Seven Mile Beach. Stay upstairs at Cuploa, the clever beachside abode providing accommodation on-site. With the soothing sound of crashing waves, Shelter Lennox Head sets the stage for an unforgettable beachside celebration.
